Piano Tuning
PROFESSIONAL PIANO CARE
Keep Your Piano Performing at Its Best
A piano is a living instrument—its sound changes over time and in response to humidity and frequency of use. Regular tuning is not only necessary for maintaining accurate pitch but is also an important part of caring for and maintaining the instrument.
How Often Should a Piano Be Tuned?
The required tuning frequency depends on how often the piano is played and your expectations for sound quality. At professional performance venues, pianos are carefully tuned before each performance. For home pianos, we recommend regular tuning every 6–12 months to help maintain a stable playing condition.
