Brand Story

Piano Atelier & Gallery was founded by Mr Kan Seng Fook in 1992 and has been serving the piano community in Penang for over 30 years.

Our premises combine a piano showroom with a professional repair and restoration workshop. We specialise in leading Japanese piano brands, including Yamaha and Kawai. Our selection includes both brand-new factory-made pianos and carefully selected imported pre-owned pianos, catering to different budgets and needs.

With our own team of professional technicians, we provide a complete range of piano care services, including repairs, comprehensive refurbishment, full action overhauls, regular tuning and finish restoration. Every pre-owned piano undergoes detailed refurbishment and multiple quality inspections to restore its playing condition and ensure a reliable experience for its new owner.

For more than three decades, we have continued to refine our technical expertise while staying committed to honest and responsible service. We provide objective piano selection advice, fair pricing and complete support, from choosing the right piano to ongoing after-sales care. Our goal is to be a trusted local piano specialist that customers can rely on.

Our Showroom

Our showroom is located at G-8-B, NB Plaza 3000, Jalan Baru, Perai, 13700 Butterworth. Away from the noise and crowds of busy commercial areas, it offers a quiet and comfortable environment where you can take your time comparing and playing different pianos while carefully experiencing their individual tone and touch.

The spacious showroom houses more than 100 pianos in stock, with upright and grand pianos neatly displayed in separate sections. The wide selection allows you to explore and compare different models at your own pace. Whether you are actively looking for a piano or simply visiting during your free time, you are welcome to browse, play and experience the unique character of each instrument.
